How Harten is currently operated.

Harten is currently operated as an independent UK consultancy and is not presented on this site as a registered limited company. Registration and legal-entity details will be published if that status changes.

Site data

What is processed when you visit.

The site is served through Cloudflare. Like other web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamps and security signals to deliver and protect the service.

Typography is loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser may make requests to Google and disclose technical connection information, including an IP address and user-agent data, when those font files are requested.

Harten does not add analytics scripts, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. The site does not provide user accounts or submit data through web forms.

Email enquiries

What happens when you contact Harten.

Email links open your own email application. If you send an enquiry, the information you provide is used to understand and respond to that enquiry, consider whether an engagement is appropriate and maintain necessary business records.

Do not include credentials, production data, health information, customer records or other sensitive material in an initial email. Harten will agree a suitable protected channel before receiving estate evidence that requires one.

Enquiry information is not sold or used for unrelated advertising. It is retained only while needed for the conversation, a resulting engagement, or reasonable legal and operational record-keeping.

Evidence disclosure

How experience claims are described.

Harten's experience page describes modernisation work delivered under the founder's leadership while protecting client and employer confidentiality. The summaries retain the delivery substance without publishing identifying records.

Client and employer identities, engagement metrics, internal methods, source material and customer quotations remain private. Harten's unique market offering and fictional worked examples are presented separately and explicitly.
