What this site currently represents.

Harten is operated as an independent UK consultancy. Public pages describe its services, product capabilities, public-source application examples and evidence-first approach to legacy software intelligence and governed transformation.

No commercial engagement is created by viewing this site. Scope, commercial terms, confidentiality and evidence-handling arrangements are agreed separately in writing.

Site data

What is processed when you visit.

The site is served through Cloudflare. Like other web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamps and security signals to deliver and protect the service.

Typography is currently loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser may make requests to Google and disclose technical connection information, including an IP address and user-agent data, when those font files are requested.

Harten does not add advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, marketing automation or user accounts to this site.

Contact data

Do not send sensitive technical material.

If you choose to send an email, the information you provide may be used to understand and respond to that communication and maintain reasonable business or legal records.

Do not send credentials, source code, production data, customer records, health information, security keys or other sensitive material through a public email channel. A protected channel must be agreed separately before sensitive technical evidence is received.

Wayfinder data

Application evidence, generated artefacts and AI processing.

Wayfinder is designed to analyse application evidence within an isolated engagement environment. Harten retains the artefacts generated by Wayfinder for the engagement, rather than treating the submitted application evidence as a permanent Harten data store.

Generated artefacts may include application documentation, specifications, findings, plans and other evidence-backed outputs. These artefacts can contain sensitive business rules or information derived from the material analysed and should therefore be handled as customer information.

Where Harten uses Harten-controlled open-weight models for source analysis, that analysis runs within Harten-controlled infrastructure. Some bounded reasoning or evidence-recovery workflows may use Microsoft Azure AI services. Microsoft states that prompts and responses submitted to its generative AI services are not used to train foundation models without permission. Depending on the Azure service configuration, selected prompts and responses may nevertheless be retained by Microsoft for abuse monitoring or may be persisted by features that store application state. Harten therefore does not describe these services as zero-retention unless that configuration has been separately verified.

Harten is introducing customer data controls for Wayfinder so that generated engagement artefacts can be downloaded or exported and deleted when they are no longer required. Until those controls are available directly in the product, retention and deletion requirements are agreed as part of the engagement.

Harten does not use customer application data or generated engagement artefacts to train AI models.

Evidence boundary

Public-source examples and professional background.

The public Harten site does not rely on named customer case studies or confidential employer material to demonstrate the technical model.

Application examples contain selected Harten analysis of public repositories, source checks and proposed engineering decisions. Their scope and attribution are stated on each page; they are not customer endorsements.
