Review the assurances that apply to Harten, the information-handling arrangements needed for an engagement and the responsibilities that remain with the customer. The use of Azure does not make every application configuration or workload automatically assured.
Harten’s certifications and registration

HARTEN TECHNOLOGIES LTD is registered with the ICO. Registration is separate from the controls and contractual arrangements needed for a particular engagement.
Agree information handling before access
Before receiving sensitive application material, Harten and the customer agree authorised access, protected transfer, retention and deletion requirements. Generated documents can contain sensitive rules and information derived from the source, so they also need appropriate handling.
Harten does not use customer application data to train AI models. The privacy and data-information page explains processing and retention considerations, including the Azure services that may be involved.
Responsibilities during an engagement

| Microsoft | Physical datacentres, core Azure infrastructure and the controls assigned to Microsoft within the relevant service. |
| Harten | Application configuration, identities, permissions, devices, software security, customer-information handling and its operational processes. |
| Customer | Authorised access, information classification, business decisions and controls retained by the customer under the agreed engagement. |
Azure certificates and attestations apply to the services within their published audit scope. They are not Harten certifications. Review Microsoft’s Azure compliance information.
