Customer record

Data: Customer record

The Java artifact under the Subversion text-base path declares a public Customer class in package com.ais.demo.record.stores7. Customer extends Record and imports the com.ais.fc.ix.lang and com.ais.fc.ix.lang.blob packages. Its public fields are customer_num, an integer initialized to zero; fname and lname, each Char length 15; company, address1, and address2, each Char length 20; city length 15; state length 2; zipcode length 5; and phone length 18. Its field-order array lists those ten fields in that order, and getFieldsOrder returns that array. These are generated or version-control-base artifacts; the evidence does not prove that they are the classes loaded at runtime. E0007 E0008

The State artifact declares State in the same package, extending Record. It contains code as a Char length 2 and sname as a Char length 15. Its field-order array contains code followed by sname, and getFieldsOrder returns that array. The associated Subversion property-base excerpt marks State.java as executable with the property value “*”; that metadata does not establish runtime behavior. E0007

The global 4GL definitions declare p_customer with the structure of customer.*, p_orders with order number, order date, purchase order number, and shipping instructions, p_items as an array of ten item records, p_stock as an array of thirty stock records, and p_state as an array of fifty state records. The globals also include state_cnt, stock_cnt, and the one-character print_option. E0007
